STARFACE quisa®CRM Connector

quisa Web-CRM STARFACE quisa CRM Connector provides STARFACE telephony in the web-based quisa CRM for outbound and inbound calls without format discontinuity.



Call center, sales, tech support or other departments dial out right from quisa CRM over a phone button in the work place, contacts, tasks or dates.


An inbound caller will identified by his or her phone number, if stored in quisa CRM.

The callee can decide by a click within a pop-up, whether or not to open the related contact (address). Of course, every inbound and outbound call may be logged along with the contact. Additionally, several statistics of the entire telephony can be evaluated.
