With iFMC you are reachable over your system phone numbers on cell phones or external call numbers at the same time. Simply enter the call number to which iFMC should connect to.

Even outbound calls via iFMC numbers/devices are possible from the STARFACE user interface and from CTI clients and connectors.

By typing ** during a call, you hand the connection over to your other phones and you can continue the conversation on the desired device. Over iFMC, this may even be your smartphone.

To start a consultation call and transfer to a co-worker during a conversation, type *2. In combination with iFMC, this will also work on your mobile phone.

To keep better track of your fax messages, you can now create and receive transmission reports by e-mail.

The new area Security (Security Advisor) meets the thread of hacking attempts over SIP phone accounts. The IP filtering analyzes the patterns of network request in order to distinguish between unsuspicious and attacking clients and automatically puts the related IP addresses on a whitelist or blacklist.

For phones from manufacturers officially supported by STARFACE, you can define uniform access credentials to be deployed over autoprovisioning. This prevents unwanted modifications of device configurations by unauthorized users or external persons.

The transmission data of all sent faxes remain stored for the fax journal export – including messages already deleted over the user interface. The fax journal may be exported as CSV or PDF file.

The new grop strategy Software Fax2Mail sends fax messages to the members’ individual e-mail addresses.

The order of called members of Call-Hunting groups can be modified by drag and drop.

The new chat option for all group types offers Instant Messaging with all group members at the same time.

The administration of user account now features access to the function key settings of each members and to his iFMC configuration. Administrators now can observe the system-wide DND state from the users list and change it in the corresponding profile. The settings for user permissions have been extended by the new features of the function keys and iFMC.
